Top Secret: Gen. Odumegwu Ojukwu's Letter in 1967 To Col. Victor Banjo on the quest to liberate yoruba land from hausa and fulani occupation.

Gen. Odumegwu Ojukwu

22nd AUGUST 1967,
From: The Military Governor,
Republic of Biafra Enugu,
22nd August, 1967.

My dear Victor,

1. For some time now, you and I have been discussing the circumstances that have led to the current and inevitable disintegration of what was the Federation of Nigeria. We have been fully convinced that the aim of the Hausa/Fulani complex has ever been, and will ever remain, the total domination of every other part of what was known as the Federation of Nigeria.

It is impossible to forget that the crisis which led to the army takeover in January 1966, the coup of the Northern soldiers led by Gowon in July 1966, the wholesale and indiscriminate massacre of the people of what is now Biafra- and, to a less degree, the people of the Mid-West and West, including the Yorubas, were all the direct result of Hausa/Fulani attempt to subjugate and use as tools, the gallant people of Western Nigeria namely the Yorubas. We do not need to remind ourselves of the heavy losses in life and property suffered by the Yoruba people in their fight for justice and freedom during 1965.

2. Sharing our belief that the people of Yorubaland have a right to live a life of equality and self-respect and justice free of domination and dictatorship from any quarter, you have both identified with the cause of the Biafra struggle for survival and expressed your determination to see the people of Yorubaland freed from Hausa/Fulani domination. We, the people of Biafra, for our part are willing and have decided to give you and the people of Yorubaland every assistance to achieve your aim.

3. After clearing the whole question with my Executive Council, I, as the Commander in Chief of the Biafran Armed Forces, have decided to place at your disposal Biafran forces, for the liberation of Yorubaland on the following clear conditions:-

(i) You will have nothing to do with the Military Administrator in the Mid-West Territory during your sojourn there prior to your move to the West.
(ii) The willingness and preparedness of Biafra to assist any part of the former Federation of Nigeria wishing and willing to liberate itself from the Hausa/Fulani domination, does not in anyway whatever
imply any inclination on her part to compromise her sovereignty or preserve what remains of the defunct Federation of Nigeria. In other words, our sovereignty and break with Nigeria is irrevocable. Nothing must, therefore be said or done by you or any member of the Liberation Army to give a contrary impression.

(iii) Biafra is determined to maintain and safeguard her sovereignty and ensure that her integrity and safety are never again threatened.
(iv) Biafran troops will, after the liberation of the Yorubaland, remain in that territory only for as long as we in Biafra consider it necessary for the Yorubas to consolidate their position and sovereignty against any external threat.
(v) On the liberation of the Yorubaland, you will be appointed as the Military Governor of that territory.

(vi) The liberation of Western Nigeria will be a prelude to the liberation of all Yorubas up to the River Niger and the severance of all connections between the West and the North at Jebba.
(vii) During the period of Biafrans troops’ presence in your territory, all political measures, statements or decrees shall be subject to the approval, in writing by myself or on my authority.
(viii) Should our troops arrive and liberate Lagos, the government of the Republic of Biafra reserves the right to appoint a Military administrator for the territory. Such an Administrator will remain in office until a merger of that territory with Yorubaland is effected by Biafran troops.
(ix) As soon as possible after your appointment as the Military Governor of Western Nigeria and separation of that territory from Nigeria, you and I must meet to discuss:
(a) the duration of stay of Biafran troops in your territory;
(b) the areas and subjects of cooperation between the liberated sovereign states of Western Nigeria, or by what name it may call itself, and Biafra.

4. I do not need to remind you that Biafra regards all Yoruba as friends. As such everything should be done, to ensure the minimum force and loss of life are involved in achieving the objective of liberation.

5. It is essential, in order to avoid misunderstanding or confusion, that all subsequent requests for support be formally made to me by you in writing.

6. Will you please signify in writing, your acceptance of the above conditions so that you may leave for Western Nigeria and lead the army of liberation.

Yours very sincerely,
signed Lt. Col. Odumegwu Ojukwu,
Military Governor and Commander in Chief of Biafran Armed Forces.
Col. Victor Banjo

Biafrexit: We are ready to go- IPOB

Dr Chukwuemeka Iloanya.

The indigenous people of Biafra (IPOB) is calling on the British government to guide president Mohammadu Buhari and the government of Nigeria to organize a BIAFREXIT vote akin to the recently organized BREXIT which has enabled the UK to leave the European Union. The call is contained in a press statement sent to LATINOIPRESS, jointly signed by the spokespersons of the IPOB, Barrister Emma Nmezu and Dr. Clifford Chukwuemeka Ironya. Below is the Press Statement:

‘’THERE MUST BE “BIAFREXIT“ IN LINE WITH THE JUST CONCLUDED “BREXIT“ The British Government which is the closest ally of the Nigerian Government must, as a mark of exemplary leadership, guide Muhammadu Buhari and his colleagues to organize a BIAFREXIT akin to the recently organized BREXIT. The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) congratulate the Government and people of Britain for organizing the BREXIT vote and applaud the British Government for respecting the wishes of her citizens. However, it smacks of hypocrisy that the same David Cameron that initiated the BREXIT vote has been propping up the Buhari‘s Government in their murderous acts of suppressing the quest by Biafrans to exit from Nigeria. This leaves Biafrans to ask if David Cameron’s hypocrisy is because Biafrans are blacks and if black Africans are inferior to white British people?

Why does David Cameron think that what is good for the white British people is not good for the black people of Africa especially Biafrans? Mr. David Cameron, in organizing BREXIT is taking advantage of the rights of people to make their choice. But in denying Biafrans the right to choose their own nation, David Cameron is telling Biafrans that they are inferior because of the colour of their skin. David Cameron is directly telling Biafrans that because they come from an inferior race, they do not deserve to exist as a nation of their own choice.

There are indications that Scotland will restart their agitation for separation from Britain and both David Cameron and his would-be successor will not stop them nor will they roll out tanks and other lethal weapons to mow down the Scots like the British-supported Nigeria has been doing to Biafrans. We have to re-emphasize here that self-determination is a right that must be exercised by all free people. Even Donald Trump, the presidential candidate of the Republican Party in the USA tweeted on the 24th of June, 2016 that “Self-determination is the sacred right of all free peoples.” By blocking the self-determination efforts of Biafrans through overt and covert supports to the killer called Muhammadu Buhari, is David Cameron telling the world that Biafrans are still in slavery despite the abolition of slavery in 1833?

IPOB have also observed with keen interest the consistent British Government’s official policy of not supporting any Christian nation that needs support for independence or that is going through any form of internal/external aggression. On the other hand, the British Government have always supported a Muslim nation against a Christian nation in any conflict just as they supported the Muslim-dominated Nigeria to carry out genocide against a Christian Biafran nation between 1967 and 1970. While IPOB is not against the religious inclinations of any nation, we do note with concern the British Government’s penchant for supporting Muslim nation against a Christian nation.

We also note the faulty argument by David Cameron and the British Government that they do not want to alter the pre-independence territorial integrity of Nigeria. But this same territorial integrity of Nigeria was tampered with by the ceding of Bakassi to Cameroun. We recall that in 1982 Britain went to war with Argentina over the Falkland Islands but this same Britain never supported Nigeria to prevent the ceding of Bakassi to Cameroun and this distortion of the pre-independence territorial integrity of Nigeria is the same excuse used by Britain to continue to keep Biafra under Nigeria.

From the success of BREXIT, we call upon the incoming Prime Minister to work with Buhari to speedily organize BIAFREXIT. In addition, we warn the incoming Prime Minister that failure to probe the criminality of Buhari against the Biafrans will make Britain culpable in the re-enacted 21st century Biafran genocide. It is unfair and hypocritical that the British Government will allow free expression of the wishes of her citizens while on the other hand supporting Buhari in his brutal mass-murder of Biafrans who are exercising their God-given freedom to determine their nationality. We believe that the days of slavery are gone and the black race should not be treated as an inferior and expendable race.

The time has come for BIAFREXIT and Britain must support it’’.

AkwaCross are not and can never be part of these propaganda by some group of people sponsoring the Militants in the Ijaw area of Niger Delta for selfish reasons.https:// goo.gl/47o5hZ

New niger delta currency
The general public is hereby notified
that we the people of AkwaCross are
not and can never be part of these
propaganda by some group of people
sponsoring the Militants in the Ijaw area of
Niger Delta for selfish reasons.

AkwaCross wish to state clearly to the sponsors and all those misleading the group called Avengers that there is different between Ijaw struggle  and AkwaCross struggle as well as Ogoni struggle and Igbo struggle championed by Ohanaeze,  these are ethnic based struggles. AkwaCross heroes all stood for Biafra,  most of our elders stood and fought for Biafra It is evidence to what Akpabio did in Uyo as a seating Governor, honoring all who fought and died for our sake and Biafra.

Two months ago Akwa Ibom broadcasting cooperation televised Biafra war which drew much sympathies  from our elders that fought in that war.  We express our gratitude to Governor Udom for  allowing Biafra memoire to be televised  and we want others to emulate him as some youths have  forgotten their identity. First of all, we are AkwaCross, we are located in  the Bight of Biafra which makes us Biafrans.

Those behind these propaganda of a fake currency  with the purpose of countering the Biafran struggle,  should know that they can not travel  to AkwaCross region without passing through the Igbo area and we can not go to their area without  passing Igbo land as well. We all know that Adaka Boro struggle is for the Ijaw and Saro Wiwa struggle is for the  Ogoni, hence should not be generalized. We hereby disassociate ourselves from the  activities of some ethnic jingoist in South South  and we equally want to make it known that  AkwaCross will have its own flag of identity by next month.

EXPOSED!!! BIAFRANS EXPLOITED: LIST OF OIL BLOCK OWNERS, 83% NORTH, 15% SOUTHWEST.

Nigeria oil blocks.

The richest oil blocks in Nigeria are owned by mostly northerners and Yorubas while the real producers of oil live on less than S1 dollar daily in addition to environmental degradation of the Biafran region during exploration.

The process of sharing Nigeria’s oil block national cake is as fraudulent now as when Ibrahim Babangida started the process of discretionary allocation of oil blocks to indigenous northern firms.
Discretionary allocation of oil blocks entails that a president can reward a mistress who performs wonderfully with an oil block with capacity for the cumulative yield of over $20 billion dollars without recourse to any process outside of manhood attachments. Babangida, Abacha, Abdulsalami and Obasanjo awarded discretionary oil blocks to friends, associates, family members, party chieftains, security chiefs and all categories of bootlickers, spokespersons and cult members without any laid down procedures.

The recipients of these oil blocks are 83% northerners and 15% Yorubas, with Biafrans off the picture in an oil drilled on their land.
This list shows that Biafrans have no place in the sharing of their natural resources.
As shown in the list, some of the northerners who own oil blocks include Alhaji Mai Deribe, Borno State and owner of Cavendish Petroleum, which operates OML 110 with an average of about N4billion monthly.

Seplat/Platform Petroleum, operators of the ASUOKPU/UMUTU Marginal Field with Mallam (Prince) Sanusi Lamido, Kano, as a major shareholder and director.
South Atlantic Petroleum Limited (SAPETRO) established by General T. Y. Danjuma, Taraba State, who is also chairman of Eni Nigeria Limited.
SAPETRO partnered with Total Upstream Nigeria Limited (TUPNI) and Brasoil Oil Services Company Nigeria Limited to become operators of the OPL 246.
AMNI International Petroleum and Development Company is owned by Alhaji (Colonel) Sani Bello of Kontangora, Niger State. Operators of OML 112 and OML 117.

Former Petroleum Minister and former OPEC Chairman, Rilwanu Lukman, another northerner manages AMNI oil blocks, with very key interest in the NNPC/Vitol trading deal.
Oriental Energy Resources Limited, a company owned by Alhaji Indimi, runs three oil blocks – OML 115, the Old work field and the Ebok field.
Alhaji Aminu Dantata’s Express Petroleum and Gas Limited operates OML 108.
OML 113 allocated to Yinka Folawiyo Petroleum Limited is owned by Alhaji W.I. Folawiyo. Alhaji Saleh Mohammed Gambo,

North East Petroleum Limited, is the holder of the OPL 215 Licence.
North East Petroleum was awarded blocs OPL 276 and OPL 283 and closing thereupon a Joint Venture Agreement with Centrica Resources Nigeria Limited and CCC Oil and Gas.
INTEL is owned by former Vice President Atiku, the late Gen. Shehu Musa Yar’Adua and Ado Bayero. It has substantial stakes in Nigeria ’s oil exploration industry both in Nigeria and Sao Tome and Principe.

Mike Adenuga’s Conoil is the oldest indigenous oil exploration company with six blocks.
Seeing the owners of these oil blocks in the list, you will agree with me that there is inequity in the distribution. Under these conditions, why will Biafrans not seek freedom from such exploitation, marginalisation and injustice from people that do not own a drop of crude? Only an independent state of Biafra can cause the immediate revocation of all oil blocks licences awarded to these thieves and exploiters.

LETTER TO THE MILITANTS

Militants

Dear Brothers,

Niger Delta Avengers(NDA)
Concern Militant Leaders(CML)
Egbesu Mightier Fraternity (EMF)
Isoko Liberation Front (ISL)

KUDOS TO THE MILITANTS

I want to start by giving kudos to all the brave soldiers fighting for freedom from the creeks, it will interest you as a freedom fighters to see at least one person that's officially writing to applause and welcome your activities within and outside the creeks," Sincerely speaking, you guys are doing us proud," Proud in the sense that you're not demanding for resource control as usual, instead you have shown maturity by fighting for a just course which is your freedom.

Freedom is golden to all humanity but it is very unfortunate that the Zoological Republic of Nigeria have toyed with our freedom and right to human existence. Many people have wondered why the militants are bombing the oil facilities located in the NIGER DELTA area! Honestly speaking, their reasons were as good as mine,"since the oil was discovered in the axis, it have solved little or no problem facing the poor masses, the poor youths of the land are in steady suffering, pains and gnashing of teeth only because oil is flowing in the region.

The Northern figures that owned mostly 86% of the oil blocks came as far distance as the North to own oil blocks while the original owners of the land are left to perish and die prematurely due to hardship imposed on them by the Zoological Republic of Nigeria.
When you look into this matter critically, you will see that those strangers from the North that owns the oil blocks have vowed not to develop the region as it wasn't in their culture to develop a land not originally own by them, these group of men seen today as oil block owners have almost destroyed 90% of our people's lives and properties only to make sure that their oil businesses keep flowing without even considering the damages been done to the Niger Delta region and Southeast as a whole."

The militants see all these nonsense happening in the region as a big insult and a slap on their faces, therefore, allowing the oil to continue flowing is of no meaning hence the oil business for ages haven't solve any problem relating to unemployment, Poor Living Standard, Unstable Electricity, Poor Educational System,Bad Water Supply,Bad Roads,Insecurity, Ethnic Cleansing, Marginalisation, Bad Infrastructures,Bad Hospitals,Land Pollution,Oil Spillage and Land degradation.

The risk of allowing the oil to flow is huge, and it is now obvious that the key players in the oil industries are throwing their weight on our people by threatening to crush us each time we rise up in unity to defend our lives, properties and heritage." Fighting for our right will forever remain, and is a task worth dying for," for those of you criticizing militants especially the Southerners" I want you all to know that this fight is your fight,as the owners of these oil blocks are mostly from the North and have shown no sign of being in love with you instead they prefer to buy more sophisticated weapons, fighter jets ,employ mercenaries, lobby with some Western allies to kill and destroy you for daring to stand their way as an obstacle, the more you allow them to enrich themselves with oil flowing in our land is the more powerful you ignorantly make them to become.
Our right to agitate and fight for freedom is enshrined under "UNITED NATION'S CHARTER" but is now obvious that our right is not even found anywhere in the world not to talk more of the so called UN Charter.

The course to liberate ourselves and emerge as a sovereign nation now lies in our hands,as we can now see that every peaceful means of agitation have lead to our death, now is the time to move the suffering away from our region and make it a nationwide predicament by this guerilla warfare.
Everything we have as a people have been taken away by the Zoological Republic of Nigeria." Nnamdi Kanu is in detention, the one and only Maritime University commissioned by GEJ is gone,Second Niger Bridge is gone,Sea ports are gone,Our Roads are bad, Universities are on steady strike,Ibeato Cement is gone,Textile industry is gone,Glass industry,Airports are going and yet they export oil that worth billions of dollars from our land,"No,this is a very big blow for all of us,I will stop here so far,but for those of you who don't get it,it is time you join me by saying all hail the militants.

Written by a brother,
Don Black D.

Heroes never die.
